OPERATION LIFE RING

Operation Life Ring is a fund established by the Coast Guard Auxiliary Association to provide emergency relief funds to volunteer members of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as well as other Coast Guard family members when their personal lives are impacted by catastrophic events such as hurricanes, floods, fires, etc. The fund was initially established during the devastation many suffered during Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita in 2005. To ensure continued support should other disasters occur impacting these dedicated volunteers who donate their time and personal expenses to assist the U.S. Coast Guard in their vital missions of homeland security and safety missions.
